*Now considering what happened on Anarchy, I'm going to try and keep the two separate as I'll be appearing on both brands but because of the incident, this has to be said before it goes further and someone gets their feelings hurt on here or somewhere else online*

Before we can get to Rise, we have to have this message from Paul Sinclair courtesy of OCW management from words stemming from Anarchy.
[P. Sinclair] “Inhabitants of the OCW Universe, my name is Paul Sinclair and I stand here not as a spokesman for The Dynasty but for myself. As I was just informed by (he looks over his shoulder at the name on the door behind him) management (he looks back at the camera) that my comments as of late were received with some backlash. Because of my verbalization on the topics in which I spoke, I was speaking on behalf of myself and not as the collective thoughts or beliefs of The Dynasty".
The video skips through and plays a clip.
[P. Sinclair] "Your concerns were heard and although as asinine as they are, they produced a response so here is my response to that response. When I referred to ‘A Mexican hiring a Mexican’ and saying that ‘a submission fighter isn’t a fighter’, I was stating an obvious assumption no matter how true it may be".
The video skips through and plays another clip.
[P. Sinclair] "This is a business although Sports entertainment where words or ‘promos’, as you’ll correct me if I don’t use that term, are meant to hurt just as much as the physicality that happens inside that ring. So excuse me if I convey that level of physicality in verbal form speaking to you"
---OK, now we can get back to what's originally supposed to happen on Rise---
Arriving at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma is a black SUV which pulls up at the front door and out steps Paul Sinclair and the other members of The Dynasty (Belladonna Anderson and Blake Anderson). With the camera recording, Blake catches the cameraman off guard and runs up to him almost knocking him over and grabs the camera and up close, he speaks into the camera.
[B. Anderson] “TIME FOR A STREET FIGHT BOY”!
He lets go of the camera as Paul ushers Belladonna and Blake into the building as the camera captures them. We fast forward to inside the locker room of The Dynasty where Blake is pacing back and forth. Belladonna is trying to calm him down but it’s Paul Sinclair who speaks to the cameraman about the night’s card.
[P. Sinclair] “Let’s get one thing straight and that’s that tonight is a Street Fight and these guys Donnie Harris and Asylum are banned from ringside? You do know this is a Street Fight right which means the only thing that legally can happen in the ring is the way you win if it’s pinfall or submission or what have you. Of course if left up to Blake, you would be scraped off the floor when he’s done with you but the match writers are making this match sound like Blake is here because of what Donnie did. Donnie, boy you got an ass whipping coming for you. I’ll get to you later because you’re just messing everything up.
See, the original plans for tonight was that Blake was going to come here and be a surprise opponent for Synn. There’s your spoiler guys, Blake was going to answer the open challenge for the World Championship. Now because of Donnie, that can’t happen. Yes, Synn, you can close your mouth from the shock because your open challenge would’ve been met and your title would have become the property of The Dynasty but because of other situations, that apparently has to wait. Now back to what will happen.
(He sighs) Boy you realize that we didn’t have a problem with Braddox until you made it one, right? Braddox is undefeated and we’d really hate to break that streak but because of you, we’re going to have to now. This isn’t happening because we’re doing you a favor, no, this is happening because management got their wires crossed when they heard someone from Anarchy was coming over to Rise and they figured this was why. So that’s not the reason we came but now it’s the reason we’re here”.
Blake quickly speaks up, interrupting Paul.
[B. Anderson] “Donnie, if I see your punk ass tonight you’re dead”!
[P. Sinclair] “See what you did? (He turns to address Bella and Blake). Bella, control him and let me deal with this. This isn’t something we do, when we handle business it’s business that we started but now we have to finish something you started. I’m tempted to just tell management that we’ll walk out but that’s not Blake. He’ll fight anyone but this isn’t his fight. Now if you get involved in this Street Fight then you lose any title shot you have at the Anarchy Pay-Per-View and if Asylum gets involved then you’re suspended for Sixty (60) days.
I’ll draw up the papers because of this tonight and if you don’t show up during this match, then whatever title shot you do get at the Anarchy Pay-Per-View goes to Blake because he’s having to do this tonight because of what you did in the first place. How would you like that? Now I’d let Blake talk but he’s not in the mood so I’ll say this to you, Braddox. You’re undefeated and that’s impressive and it’s going to be depressing to end that streak tonight but that’s not Blake's choice, that’s because of management and Donnie. They’re the ones who tried to conspire this plan to defeat your streak. I’m just letting you know that it’s not our fault what happens and your streak was impressive but losing just isn’t what we do.
On paper, yeah this is a good match but Blake doesn’t do matches, he’s a fighter so what happens tonight isn’t personal, just business”.
Blake manages to get in front of the camera and pushes Paul out of the way as now Paul and Belladonna are probably arguing Blake escaped her.
[B. Anderson] “Braddox, tonight didn’t have to happen but it is and it’s unlucky for you that this undefeated streak that would’ve been great is going to come to an end tonight. Donnie you stupid mother…
[P. Sinclair/Belladonna Anderson] “Blake”! “Honey”!
Blake pauses and takes a few breaths.
[B. Anderson] “Braddox, it was a matter of time until we crossed each other but it’s because of someone else tonight is happening. I don’t give a damn about what happens to the others if they show up or not really, what matters is what you’re going to find out tonight. Rise is about rising to the top and after tonight, I take you out then that piss ant Donnie. Asylum, if you want to stick your nose in my business too then bring it, I’ll knock your head off too. I was doing just fine on Anarchy but now I have to come to Rise.
See, if it was something having to do with the brand, then I’m a company man so yeah I’ll step up and fight whoever, but I’ll keep saying it because this isn’t my fight but I’ll fight it because that’s what the company wants. Do I like it? Of course not because you’re just like me and want to dominate this company but do it on your own brand. Stand on top of your own brand and say this is mine but you have little rats who sneak their way in and mess things up for everyone which makes things like tonight happen.
So as much as I like you and the whole deathmatch thing, that’s my thing too so it’s a family. To each their own right? I don’t want to humble you and break you although that’s exactly what’s going to happen but I know I’m beating a dead Donnie here but it’s not my fight. If Paul could’ve got this match to not happen, I would’ve been happy regardless of the fact that I don’t care who I fight but the fact is that Donnie…wait I like dumbass Donnie better…the fact that dumbass Donnie picked a fight he knew he couldn’t win so he ran to management and they chose me, what makes you think you’re going to walk away, they’ll have to carry you”.
