[cold open] Sitting backstage at The SNHU Arena in Manchester, New Hampshire were all members of The Dynasty. As the camera recorded, it was Paul who was quick to speak to address the problem.
[Sinclair] “Let me stop you before you get started on telling us when to begin. We’ll tell you when we begin and we’ll tell you what we’re going to talk about and I want to talk to whoever decided to put this show together tonight. You put the guy who’s been the backbone of this company since I can remember, you know Blake the guy that whenever you have someone you want tested you put them against Blake to see if they make the cut, and you put him in a dark match because you have nothing for him? Alright, I get that you’re probably scared he’ll injure someone to the point you don’t have anyone to book but he’s not the only one. You don’t even have your tag team champions booked!
Before I get off on a rant let’s get Blake over here since he’s the one who’s on the show, well, you know what I mean”.
Blake clears his throat before speaking and looks into the camera. The camera zooms in on his serious looking face.
[B. Anderson] “Before I even get to my opponent I want to address something and that’s the fact that since I’m not on the main show I can say anything I want about anyone. That’s exactly what I’m going to do and I’m looking at you two….Morbid Wolf and Je$tyr Seryou$. See, Je$tyr, you know how I am. We’ve had our back and forth dance and Wolf, you were lucky to get a win but what you don’t understand is that you’ve got a receipt coming and seeing how your match is where anything can happen…well…let’s just say you got that right that anything…can happen”.
Now everyone knows that Blake Anderson is out of the Heavyweight Championship picture. Does that mean that a title isn’t in his sights? No! There’s other titles but who doesn’t want to be champion? That means you’re the best in this company and none can argue that he has been the best but he was bested when it came to his qualifying match to be in the tournament. So when EPW takes over The SNHU Arena in New Hampshire, he’ll have to sit aside and watch this tournament take place but not just him, The Dynasty isn’t booked although Tama and AJ are the tag team champions. Well, this didn’t sit well with Paul Sinclair as you’re going to w
Taking a step back and looking back at what happened during the Heavyweight Championship tournament, Blake didn’t qualify and therefore he’s not advancing in the tournament or seeing himself in the contendership for such a title. Maybe a different title, possibly, but the titles that The Dynasty does have are the tag team championship held by AJ and Tama. They are focusing on whoever their challengers are and while they focus, it’s Paul Sinclair who is looking ahead at what the next live show brings to their door…Manchester, New Hampshire. None of The Dynasty are booked, that is if you consider the Dark Match being booked or not. Most people wouldn’t suggest that seeing how it’s not televised but Blake is in a Dark Match against Mark Chambers. Now it’s been a while since Blake has competed in a Dark Match. You know how that goes, no pyro or fancy lights or even theme music that the company invested in you when you first got into the company. Nope, just a straight up exhibition style match with no bells and whistles. Did I say exhibition style match? This is Blake Anderson we’re talking about so let’s call it what it will be, a mutilation of Mark Chambers or a straight fight he’ll be in against Blake.
“Mark Chambers, you do realize what you’re getting into, right? You do realize how dangerous of a man I am? This won’t be some magic series from 2002 although it would be fun to just decimate you for how long was that? Oh yeah, two hours and thirty-eight minutes. But I’m sure everyone will want to hurry and get to the rest of the show seeing how the World Title tournament is still going on and a Dumpster match which really the whole show is going to be full of dumpster matches although I am fond of that one match. You’ll probably know which one I’m talking about because it involves that guy that managed to beat me, Morbid Wolf, yeah I’m talking about you.
You all know me by now and look, you know that whoever is man enough to beat me, you know I can’t let that go right? So I’m giving you a warning now that you better have eyes in the back of your head and no, no, you’re probably thinking well he’ll come out during my match. Do you think I actually want to help Jestyr win? I don’t give a damn about either of you two. I’m just letting you know this is what I do. I could say the same for the Stevie and John match because they’re in the tournament and I don’t care for either of them so could I do something there? I could. I could even say something about the J-Mont match”.
About this time, the EPW tag team champions returned to the room after running into someone who wanted to meet and spoke to Blake and Paul about it.
[Tama] “Paul, Blake, you guys would never guess who’s here tonight. AJ saw them so we took a walk out in the arena and they’re sitting on the floor but don’t know where, I’m guessing by commentary but Ricky and Robert…yeah those guys”.
[B. Anderson] “Southern…”
[Sinclair] “It’s alright Blake, they’re not here no more but that’s awesome. Maybe we can meet up with them later. I haven’t seen Ricky since Kerry was a baby. Actually speaking of Kerry, AJ, aren’t you and him supposed to have a match at…”
[AJ] “Man, don’t give it away. I’m the surprise opponent, remember? That’s what George South said anyway for WrestleCade”.
[Sinclair] “Right, right, sorry. Well look, it’s almost time for tonight to start and Tama, you and AJ have some time to sit back and relax so we’re going to go do our thing and we’ll be back but don’t go anywhere. You remember the plan for tonight right? (AJ and Tama nod their heads). Good, because there’s a lot going on tonight that we can get our hands in. Let us go and we’ll talk about it more when we get back”.
They each give fist bumps all around before Paul and Blake exit the room.
